CFD Engineer with OpenFOAM Expertise

Responsibilities

• Design and implement computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations using OpenFOAM
• Develop and maintain simulation workflows, software tools, and models to support CFD analysis
• Analyze simulation results, interpret data, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams
• Stay up-to-date with advances in CFD technology and best practices for simulation with OpenFOAM
• Collaborate with other engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to CFD simulation workflows
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed
• Contribute to the development of project proposals and help secure new business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field with 2-5 years experience.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with OpenFOAM and CFD simulation
• Expertise in ICEMCFD, Ansys CFD Mesher and Hypermesh
• Experience with parallel computing and high-performance computing environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with other CFD software such as ANSYS Fluent or STAR-CCM+ is a plus
