Plant Controller

Responsibilities

1. Supports plant yearly budget and KPI setting for different BUs, including top-down and bottom-up plan, facilitate the plant leader to breakdown the KPIs to key business owner.
2. Provide regular reports, to management team with respect to overall KPI. Develop and implement gap analysis, forecast, actions/plans to meet the operational targets, strategic goals and customer/market requirement.
3. Ensure and apply group finance and accounting policy. Implement the ERP system launch, optimization within the coordination between plant and Group, in order to make sure the correct standard costing approach.
4. Responsible for inventory and capex management, including but not limited to leading stock-taking, inventory analysis, deviation analysis, and investment IRR analysis.
5. Ensure high data quality and transparency.
6. Strong costing Knowledge / Cost Audit experience
7. Other tasks assigned by CFO, including but not limited to other finance related project, promoting intelligence of IT system, process optimization, rules establishment, and other Financial related tasks.

Qualifications

• CA or above, with a major in Finance, Business Administration, or a related subject.
• Great communication skills with fluency in English required.
• More than 10 years of experience in supplier chain finance function focused
• At least 5 years as manager role, wind power industry and overseas experience is preferred.
• Significant financial experience in project cost controlling and execution, cost analysis, and business performance management.
• Solid systems skills including SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) etc.
