Qualifications and Education Requirements

A Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Production Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Possess a clear understanding of the fundamentals of Engineering and an aptitude for quickly grasping engineering concepts.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively and confidently engaging with clients.
• Exhibit strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Maintain an organized approach to tracking multiple client cases and diligently following up on them.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and representative of RGBSI to engage with customers.
• Engage with prospective clients to thoroughly understand their specific requirements.
• Interact with clients to deliver presentations on software instrumentation products and gain insights into their application needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promptly address any client issues or concerns.
• Prepare comprehensive application write-ups for new software applications.
• Obtain performance feedback and certificates from clients.
• Achieve relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
